Absolutely amazing massage – thank you Lily!
Just had the most incredible massage at Mali-Wan and I’m still floating! Lily looked after me and she was so lovely — really friendly, warm, and made me feel completely at ease. You can tell she really cares and knows exactly what she’s doing.
I had a massage in Thailand a few years back and honestly, this one was even better. Lily worked out all the tension I didn’t even know I had — I walked out feeling totally relaxed and like a new person.
The place itself is super clean, cosy, and has such a calming vibe. It was easy to find too, which is always a bonus.
I’ll definitely be back soon and I’ll be telling all my friends and family to book in. Can’t recommend Mali-Wan (and Lily!) enough.Owner response

I recently visited Mali-Wan Thai Massage for a traditional Thai massage and was thoroughly impressed. The staff was professional, welcoming, and attentive to my comfort throughout the session. The massage itself was both relaxing and therapeutic—targeting deep muscle tension while also promoting full-body relaxation. The facility was clean, tranquil, and well-maintained. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience authentic Thai massage.Owner response

This is my second visit to Mali-Wan Thai Massage. Great ambience with friendly masseuse and host. The masseuse clarifies any areas of pain to focus on. On both occasions I had the deep tissue massage and it was great. Only downside is the massage rooms seem a bit on the colder side. I mentioned this on my last visit and they switched on the heater.

Great place to have a Thai massage, verry welcoming and relaxing. My body feels so relaxed after an hour massage but definitely 2hour next time. Pay and display Parking not to far from shop 5 min walk.

Always have an amazing massage here! The therapist was attentive and knew exactly how to relieve the tightness in my muscles. I appreciated how she asked about my comfort levels throughout the session. The atmosphere was soothing, and the room felt like a mini oasis. Everytime I visit here, I always get the best massage! Highly recommended 👍

This is my 4th visit at Mali-Wan and I am still loving it. The masseuse/owner is very nice and professional. She sorted my shoulders and legs where it hurts the most. I also liked the ambience of the place and the rooms are comfy and clean. I will be back for sure. I hope there will be more staff/masseuse to cater more client's especially when you're in a group. Good luck Mali-Wan Thai Massage and Therapy

Had been moving furniture all week and my back was in a lot of pain. Never had a deep tissue massage before or been to Mali-Wan but it was absolutely incredible. At the front desk I went through a form, disclosed any potential medical issues or areas of pain and we chose the best type of massage. The massage room itself was beautifully presented, clean, smelt amazing and was a perfect temperature. The massage has made me feel like I have a brand new back, there was communication about pressure preferences and was overall very professional, as well as the masseuse being comforting and friendly. A full body massage for 1 hour for £50 was absolutely money well spent and I will be returning to Mali-Wan with no hesitation! Thank you ladies xOwner response
Thank you very much Ellie for the great review, much appreciated .🙏🙏
Professional & friendly, this is my favourite Thai massage shop in Medway. Treat yourself to an hour or 90 minutes 4-hands session & you’ll leave feeling like a new person. Since first visiting this massage shop in the early part of 2023 I’ve been hooked and always accommodated whenever I call to make a booking. Very grateful to Lily & her team.
